Luca Pozzi’s Oracle is a sophisticated telepathic and technological device designed to weave light across distance, creating a non-linear temporal experience that exists simultaneously in multiple fragmented locations. At its core, the project functions as a distributed organism composed of a primary Mother Platform and an expanding network of Satellite Platforms, all interconnected through the digital ether.

The ritual begins on the Mother Platform, where the artist conducts a “Drawing Session” by exciting a phosphor-coated surface with ultraviolet LED light. This temporary luminous inscription is immediately captured by a camera and processed by custom software, which transmits the data via the internet to the remote Satellites. Each Satellite Platform is a mechanical marvel, equipped with robotic arms, engines, and UV LEDs mounted on rails that interact with a phosphorescent crystal. These units are linked to an I-cloud memory where every drawing session is archived, allowing the machines to perpetually reproduce an entire “light-year loop” of human gestures.

From an interdisciplinary perspective, the Oracle Portal serves as a physical metaphor for quantum entanglement and the emergence of a holographic universe. By de-localizing the artistic act, Pozzi suggests that information—much like the quantum state of a particle—can be mirrored across vast distances without being diminished by the constraints of classical space-time. The “Mother” and her “Satellites” form a singular, entangled system where the “now” of the artist’s hand is broadcast into a fragmented future.
